Hi Ashley, I can't remember if I answered your question back about the apple juice or if I was going to answer it in a question Tuesday post. But just so you know you can give the little one juice but make sure its really diluted and that it is 100% pure juice. The dilution we use is 1/4 cup juice to 3/4 water. Mix this together then give a little at a time. The thing with juice is that you don't want the little one getting full off it since it only provides empty calories which means not a lot of other essential nutrients. Thanks for the question and I will be posting it and this answer on Tuesday.
